Hi Everyone,

I've been really lucky and not really had much pain, although I have been taking my painkillers religiously! Been feeling a bit dizzy and sick today which I think is the tablets but also I could just sleep all day, I am so tired. Is this normal and how long did it last?

Definatley normal hun, for the 1st week after my BA i could hardly keep my eyes open! Infact, i fell asleep while 3 of my friends were up 2 visit, they felt so sorry for me they just left me sleeping and carried on around me haha!

It'll get easier, you still have anathesia in your system plus the painkillers make you drowsy! xx

Hi Suz,
I'm 2 days post op and have also been very tired. I wouldn't worry about it though. I've been taking naps during the day. x

Take advantage of having this time to snooze hun (the tiredness is very normal) your body is healing and also before you know it you'll back at work/running after kids/cleaning/cooking so make the most of this part of your recovery LOL! XX

Thanks Suz. I love my boobies too. I feel good, not in pain just achey and stiff sometimes. I've been taking my painkillers regularly though. x

Hey, I'm 3 days post off and wiped out all the time. I'm in fact off for another lie down. I am on 2 painlikkers so def really tired. Think its best to keep pain/discomfort under control. Plus encourages us to rest which will aid healing! x
