wondering if i should go bigger!

hi girls...soo i had my final chat with surgeon last week happy with everything but NOWWW im thinking i should go bigger! i went to m&s was measured and told im a 34B however i really do not look like a B at all,im little confused im having 300cc mentor plus overs should take me to a full 34C small D.ive bought 2 sports bras 34C and a 34D tried both with rice test and they fit about the same! im thinking maybe i should tell my surgeon that i would like 325cc as mentor implants only go up in 25cc or should i just go with what my surgeon recommends? arghhh this sizing thing is on my mind all the time!! i just want to be a medium D..do you think 300cc will be enough?

If you're very concerned, why not request your surgeon takes both sizes in on the day of your surgery (they can and will do this), stress the size you want to result in and insist he uses the size that will best achieve that. Your surgeon will have a much better idea of your resulting size once you're on the table babe. xx

I was an empty 32B cup had 300cc unders and currently measure 32DD, but boob greed got me and I kind of wish I had the extra 305cc so I'd go for the extra if I was you x x

I think alot of us wish we had gone bigger, I had 600 unders and am measuring 32ff/g but they don't look that big too me haha . If you want bigger boobs deffo say u want a bigger implant as I think were more likely to be dissapointed with not big enough boobs than being upset were too big if you know what I mean lol x

Not everyone wants 'bigger' boobs. There are many members here who also wish they'd chosen smaller. xx

I never said everyone did, I said alot of us as I've seen alot of threads saying they wish they had gone bigger but not many well not any actually saying they wish they had gone smaller although I'm sure there is some

theres several on here who had a re-op to downsize actually, although i must admit, most people with implants in the 200+ and 300+ mark, seem to find they dont look as big as they expected. Thats not to say they dont end up happy with them

Looking back now I wish I'd have had the next size up as they look big when I'm undressed but not very big with my clothes on xx

I origanally planned on 460cc overs but on the day of surgery i asked for 410's after weeks of umming and ahhing. I'm glad i went a size smaller as i think they would have been to big and in the way, but then the size of the implant you want is diffrent to mine and it all depends on your overall body shape/height ,at the end of the day it's up to you,but it took me weeks to decide.
Can you not see your surgeon again before your op?XX

I had the same dilemma last week chick. I didn't want the very busty look at all, simply to look in proportion. I originally asked for 300cc but at the last minute I opted for 330cc (VERY silly as I hadn't even tried them on- gulp!). I'm now filling a 36DD (was 36B pre op and I also thought I didn't look a b) but I have lots of swelling so I'm extra pleased that I went with the next size up as once they have settled they should be just what I wanted (fingers crossed).
Again, as some of the other girls have mentioned, it depends on your height and build. I'm 5ft 6/7 ish and 11 stone. 300cc was the SMALLEST implant size that I was offered. That's also why I thought I'd go up a size too. Had to get my money's worth ;).
P.S I had Nagor Moderate.

i only had 410 and mine look huge on me lol 600 must be massive
i measure 32f/ff and mine are really big lol xx

same here hun i changed mind and had 410 instead of 460 and i think mine are big enough lol xxx

whereas i thought i was getting 360s or 330s but ended up with 420s and am really glad cos i love them

think my muscles must be keeping them in lol, i thought i would be alot bigger tbh! but then its still early days isnt it so im hopeing once they drop and fluff they will grow hehe!! they dont look big at all with clothes on,my fella says there massive without clothes on tho lol xxx

it depends on your stats too hun, what is small on one person could be just right or huge on another, your surgeon would be the best one to ask as he does it for a lving and sees loads of boobs and different sized ladies all the time..

i had 270 overs and i measure an E, but im a small framed girl if i had gone any bigger (and i was given the option of 290 or 330), i think personally i would have looked to top heavy, but it depends on what type of look you want to go for,
there is alot to think about i know i ummed and arrred for weeks and even on the day i wasnt sure, i just left it my surgeons capable hands that is what your paying him for.

whatever you have they will look great and you'll be chuffed..

well i have 2 months to go yet so im going to see him 2 weeks before op,want to lose 10 pounds before so i thought i would lose it then re try them to see if im happy with them,im having metor plus when i first looked at them i thought gosh they look so flat lol! x

Hi hun, am just looking at the mentor moderate plus size catalogue and thought knowing the dimensions might help you choose.
300cc are 12cm in width and they project 3.7cm
325cc are 12.3cm in width and they project 3.8cm

if you wanted to go any bigger
350cc are 12.6cm width and 3.8cm projection
375cc are 12.9cm width and 3.8cm projection
400cc are 13.2cm width and 4.0cm projection

The plus are a moderate profile implant
if you chose to go with the mentor high profile
The 300cc is 11.1cm width and 4.7cm projection
The 325cc is 11.5cm width and 4.8cm projection

I assume your surgeon feels a 12cm width would be better for you, so if you want the fuller projection from a high profile implant you would need the 375cc which is 12cm width and 5cm projection.

Its such a difficult choice to make. Maybe speak to your surgeon again.

thanks so much misf1 great help..as i can see theres not much difference in the plus 325 cc i just wanted a higher projection but think 375cc high profile will look too big for me! do you think 3.7 cm a good projection for an implants? dont really know what the average porjection is xx

I would think adding 3.7cm (aprox) to the B cup you already have you should achieve the D cup you are hoping for.
I would speak to your surgeon again if you are unsure of the profile. Maybe check your BWD (breast width diameter) you can see how [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
this will tell you how wide your implants need to be.
