losing volume with unders
So my PS pretty much dismissed this and said that the volume doesn't go anywhere - it's still there just under the muscle. I love the way I look in the 330cc sizers. But I keep reading online that you need to add 20-30ccs if you go under the muscle to achieve the look of the sizers. Is there any truth to this at all??

I'm really not sure about this hun, i think you get more 'roundness' and movement with overs than unders but as for losing volume I am tempted to say I don't believe this - i have 295 unders and they are rather full!

So If I like the 330s, don't get the 360s to achieve the look of the 330s just stick with the 330s?

If your surgeon thinks you'll achieve your wanted resulting size from the 330s then that's what I would listen to hun.
Nads our Admin here changed her placement from unders to overs and it had no effect on her resulting size at all, she remained the same cup size from both placements. xx

Haha there's your answer hun 2 girlies with the same sized implant with a different view on the matter. I wish I had gone smaller and when i have a revision in 2 months I am downsizing! Everyone is individual - a lot of women wish they went bigger but not all! Some of us wish we had smaller - I think you need to go with a combination of your surgeon's advice and your gut instinct. I know its a hard decision to make but only you can make it x
