when can i have a drink?
hey
I am 4 days post op, feel fine, stopped taking pain killers and no longer having anti biotics. Wondering when is it ok for me to have a glass of wine, go out for a beer etc. obviously i wont go mad as dont wanna knock the new boobies, but is it safe, and will it not hinder my recovery if I have a few beers at the weekend??
hmmmm :) angel fish x x

Re: when can i have a drink?
As long as you aren't taking any medication I'm sure you will be fine to have a glass of wine.
Re: when can i have a drink?
thanks, when did you have a drink?
I just dont want anything to go wrong or them to not heal, but I mean what could happen if i have a little drink, yeah i aint on any medication or anything.
thanks again

Re: when can i have a drink?
I don't really drink, only on special occasions. So I didn't drink for about 2 weeks
Re: when can i have a drink?
I had a couple of white wine spritzers about a week after my op(im not a big drinker!)It was sort of a celebratory drink to myself for my new boobies!Just make sure like missf said you don't ake any painkillers before of after as i think it will make you feel odd and don't over do it x
