I', thinking I'll stict to my weightwatcher points after op. However, I do up to 15 classes a week and worried I'll just get really flabby. I'm going to rest for 2 weeks and then i'm going to start walking approx 5 miles a day. x

Hello!

Its a nightmare not being able to exercise. I seem to spend more time eating at the moment cause i am doing less and im sure im going to be the size of a house if im not careful! I am 2 weeks post op and my surgeon said i could use an exercise bike or walk for the next 3 or 4 weeks then get back to normal. Cant wait!!

How long till your op? x

I had my check up by the nurse today & asked her if I could do some sort of cardio. She said that would be fine, as long as it wasn't high impact or any weight training on the chest, shoulders etc. So, I'm going back to the gym this Saturday & will be doing static bike & cross trainer & a bit of power walking.

im 4weeks post op and went to the gym on monday and did 30mins on the cross trainer. I think i overdid it though cos my heart rate was nearing 170 and i couldnt use the arm bits for longer than a minue at a time. Was knackered at the end of it!

I told myself i was going to diet and watch my food intake during my recovering period. But that didnt happen and ive gained nearly half a stone! Started the diet this week but kind blown it tonight as got stuck in traffic on way home from work so missed slot to go gym and dived into the biscuits! doh!
