pre and post op essentials
Hey , ok . I am going shopping this weekend for all my essentials here us what I have so far let me know of any additions, I have 6 days of no work after op
V pillow
More shirts for work so nothing goes over my head
Front closing sports bra for first week, then ul invest in a better one
Hair band, instead of tying up
Anything else I have another question but I will put that up as another topic

Dry Shampoo was my saviour.
Button Front Pj Top or a big stretchy nightie.
Dvds to keep you amused, I watched a whole boxset in 2/3days lol.
Deoderizing wipes are great as you wont be able to shower properly, as are normal facewipes.

Careful buying cotton shirts with no stretch in them hun, I've found shirts to be the one item of clothing I seem to have problem with as they just don't fit across the bust, so it might be best you wait and buy those post-op so you can try them on for fit. xxx

I found I could raise my arms after the first week so if you're back to work after that I wouldn't say you need tops that don't go over your head...
