hi all im 4 weeks post op and since i had surgery ive always had a problem with my rightie being harder higher and more swollen. so i went to my surgeon and he said everything is coming along fine it just will be a bit of fluid around the implant making it bigger and more swollen, he said my body will get rid of it naturally. anyway yesterday i woke up and was happy to see alot of the swelling had gone and it was looking alot better, then today i woke up and the swelling is back its doing my head in

It's possible you did a little much which caused the swelling to return hun, it's really frustrating isn't it when you think you're over the worst and then.... it's back! Grrrrr!

All normal though hunni, stubborn boobie will settle soon enough. xx

Hi, I have a very similar problem which I also find *really* frustrating. My left boob is absolutely fine and doesn't cause me any trouble at all but my right boob can get uncomfortable. It comes and goes and I have put it down to using my right side more than my left as there are no other symptoms.

When it starts again I make sure that I take it easy for a few days (any excuse to get the husband to do the hoovering!) and it all seems to settle down again.

Someone on here has said to treat the whole operation as two separate ops and that both boobs will take time to settle and that advice has really helped me xx

it is really frustrating, rightie is playing up today but i think ive done a bit to much. i live in liverpool and drove to manchester today at 12 oclock and ive only just got back now so my poor boobie is feeling very heavy and swollen lol
