Partial unders
Sorry if this is a daft question, but I've noticed a few ladies have had/are having partial unders? What does this mean?

Re: Partial unders
Partial unders/dual plane refers to when the implant is placed under the muscle . So the muscle partially covers the implant at the top

Re: Partial unders
Is there any benefit to having the implants put under or partially under the muscle? It sounds far more painful

Re: Partial unders
If you have a read of the link misf1 posted above, it lists the pros and cons of each placement. The main benefit is a more covered, natural look, but yes, it is slightly more painful than overs. Have a read. xxx
