What's the maximum size for unders...(first time)

I know this is a difficult question to ask as we all have different stats and I have flicked through loads of threads now but can't find the answer I am looking for.

My friend (who is also a member on here) mentioned that when having unders you can't go too big as the muscle has to stretch amongst other possible complications. My surgeon has offered me 410cc or 460cc high profiles but suggested unders to reduce my risk of CC (which I currently have) I opted for the 460cc's BUT fear that as they are unders they won't look as big as I would like.

I am a 34 inch chest width and currently have 310cc overs taking me from a 34B to a 34D so it looks as though for every 150cc I go up a cup size. I would LOVE to be at least a 34E therefore I would need 600cc or thereabouts!! Does that make sense?? I have seen that the next sizes up for my choice of implants are 500cc and 550cc but will a total of 90cc make a difference??????????????????????

It's worth listening to your surgeon's recommendation. Going too big can cause complications like rippling which can look awful. I think with the 460ccs you'll get a great size, however you can always ask if it's possible to go up another size. If your surgeon is wiling to give you them then great, if not then you know the implants you're getting will give you the best result.

Thanks Roxychick....I know you are right I just have this dreaded boob greed! I should be happy that he is suggesting 460cc's as when I had my first aug they said 310cc was the maximum!

I think you should get a nice increase in size from 310cc to 460, they will be a bit wider and also project more. There is not much difference in size result between overs and unders so dont think you would be smaller than if you had 460 overs. As roxy has suggested ask the surgeon if he can go bigger and what complications etc could arise from this.

I had 515cc unders and went from a flat 32b to a just measured a bit early tonight 30G or GG in some bras. YOu will I reckon get to the sixe you want easily with 460ccc. You could end up off the scale (is that possible!!) with 600cc!!

i was the same as you, but first time round i had 380cc overs and went from a 32A to a 32DD...this was 7yrs ago

this time round i had an uplift and 460unders and i'm measuring a 32F at the mo, so i think you'll get to the size you want :)]

when i had my 2nd op (because of my first implants rupturing) i was told that i would probably end up a 32DD again and i was gutted....but thank goodness he was wrong! xx
