Stretch marks on boobs???!!!

OMG a friend of me decided to tell me at the weekend that all the girls he has 'known' who have had boob jobs had STRETCH MARKS on them and now i am absolutely terrified that when the swelling goes down on mine i will be riddled with them *sob* 
Please reassure me that you gorgeous girlies havent got them :(

I have them, but not from my BA, I have stretch marks from breast feeding and didn't get any more after my BA. My stretch marks are very fine and don't bother me at all.
'Some' ladies do get stretch marks from a BA hun and others dont! It all depends on your skin elasticity, you can help your skin by moisturising to keep the skin nourished and in tip top condition in the build up to your BA and after. But unfortunately, if you're prone to getting them - you will, no matter what you do. xx

brilliant to hear they dont bother you so if i DO get them it wont be the end of the word.
Suppose all i can do then is keep moisturising and wait and see :(

i put e45 on mine every night,
i had stretch marks on them as a kid, but didint get any when breast fed,
i hope they will miss me this time,

I had bad stretch marks after my op in 2004, looked like a cat had scratched from the cleavage to the nipple....can't see them now!!
Even if you do get stretch marks, they will fade and look much better over time.

I didn't get any at all, but my surgeon said if I went any bigger I might get them. If you did there are lots of creams out there for stretch marks. xxxxx

I have a few very thin stretchmarks on my bottom, they appeared during my teens and never went. Due to this I thought I would get them on my boobies but I haven't got any at all. I guess you just don't know if your going to get them or not, you could be prone to them but may not get them on certain parts on your body.
As advised by the girlies on here I moisturised my
morning and night with bio oil for 6 weeks pre op. I still moisturise them now twice a day with body shop body butter.

I was the same as funkygirl, got some stretchmarks in my teens but none from my BA. I did use bio oil and palmers cocoa butter both lotions for stretchmarks just in case.

I think u will be fine. I was pancake flat:) I had 365 cc unders and not a stretchmark in sight:)). Im 7 weeks post op :) I use E45 cream everyday and it works wonders: x
