Yes anatomicals are teardrop shaped.
Bumblelady there are girls on here that have had anatomicals, I am sure some will come on here of the moderators might know who they are and point you in their direction...??
If you are worried that they are less popular ask your surgeon to explain again why he recommended them for you. I know I was told my boob was already a teardrop shape (flat at top and any weight at the bottom) so it wouldn't have given me the fullness I needed. But we are all different so maybe go back to your surgeon and get a clearer idea why he says that shape for you??? xxxx

Re: anyone had tear drop implants
Hey hun
I had anatomicals nearly 4 weeks ago. My PS receommended them as I wanted as natural as I could get, he said that rounds would give me a natural shape but that the anatomicals would be even more natural.
I had dual plane placement with them, pm me if you would like to see my pics.
I will just say though that I have seen pics of girls that have had roughly the same size as me (320) and the same placement and have wonderfully natural looking boobies !!

Re: anyone had tear drop implants
I've had anatomical's too chick, my surgeon gave me the choice but I wanted the natural look and was a bit panicky about rounds as I didn't want to look like Victoria Beckham. Mine have turned out great and look so natural, so I guess if you do have a choice on which to have it depends on what look you are after, although saying that girls on here with rounds look natural too.
It's really hard and confusing but if you are confident with your surgeon then listen to his advice, at the end of the day he/she's the expert. xx

Re: anyone had tear drop implants
I was told that a breast is naturally a round shape and that you can get a natural look if you have round implants under the muscle as the muscle holds the implant in shape and makes it more teardrop shaped, if that makes sense! I was told that as the teardrop implants are more expensive then it isn't really worth paying the extra if you are having unders as the results come out the same. I hope this is right as I have been recommended round implants for the natural look.
