Most popular type of implant?
Does anyone know what the most popular type of implant is?
It seems to be Allergan, but I thought Nagor was the one that seems to becoming more popular?

Re: Most popular type of implant?
Allergan are an american company, the Naturalle implant is FDA approved, Allergan have a long history and are well monitored. Nagor, which is the brand that i will be have are a British company. Nagor do not currently have FDA approval on implants, but as we don't live in America I am not to bothered about that. From what I have read on both, they seem to be good implant manufacturers. I think the reason why some surgeons/clinics are changing to Nagor is they probobally financially get a better deal, you may have more sizing options depending on your body shape and they may be easier to deliver?? both offer offer a good guarantee, although with allergan i think the CUI's have a 10 year guarantee as opposed to a lifetime. Basically both kick ass and from what the girls on there have said both are good xxxxx
