Re: qiuck question ladies.x
Hi hun, I started to notice lots of changes from around 6 weeks, so they could very well be settling/softening/fluffing. I would think as long as your scars are healed and closed, you should be able to swim. Have you got a check up at 6 weeks?

Re: qiuck question ladies.x
Hi Lisa, I wasn't able to do any form of excercise until I was 12 weeks post-op even though the general guidance is around 6 weeks so it's always best to check with your clinic first just to ensure you're healing well and your new boobies are ready to withstand a bit of pressure.

Hi,
I couldn't swim until after my 6 week check up when the nurse checked my scars and gave me the go ahead.
Yes you can definately be fluffing. I fluffed at 10 weeks post op, then again at 3 months then again at 8 months post op!

Re: qiuck question ladies.x
I would problies wait till after the 6week mark before going swimming.
As for fluffing I think you could fluff a few times over the coming months. I've had my ba nearly 8months ago and to start with I was wearing e/f/s now I wear ff/g's.xx
