Support bra help please!
Hello ladies!
I had my BA 4days ago and was given 36D/E support bras. But they are becoming very loose.... I am normally a 32 back in bras but after my surgery the nurse tried putting a 32 and 34 back support bra on but it wouldnt do up so she gave me 36 back. But I have noticed that I am not getting enough support with the 36, it is too loose. Where should I go to get different sizes?
Part of my deal with Transform was that I got 2 complimentary support bras but I havent actually bought any myself so I dont know where the best place to go.
Also, because I am going down a back size, will my cup increase?
xxxx

I've heard the asda ones are good too, my favourite is my m&s one.
Prob best if you can actually go and try them on, I only went up a back size for a week.

I got mine from m&s hun. As the swelling goes down you will find you need a smaller back. I was in a 36G at first but after a week or 2 a 34f or g was fine on me. xx

I bought a post surgery bra from fig leaves hun but but another two from marks and sparks which are fab and very supportive. I bought the extra high impact ones, £18 each and has a zip up fastening on the front. I still wear these to bed every night they are really comfortable and very supportive hun xx

M&S, asda most places do them and yes if you are going down from a 36D to a 34 you will need a DD if your going down to a 32 you will need an E.
Re: Support bra help please!
I went into M&S and she measured me as 32E. But they had no support bras in that size!!!! So I got the 34E and they fit nice but after a while they will become very loose! How can they not sell 32 back support bras in there!!! xxx

Yes, I have got a 34E support bra on at the moment and it fits lovely! And is sooo comfortable. My mum went shopping today and bought me a 32F and that fits perfect. xxx
