hey ladies!!!
well im 3 days post op - and feeling fine (other than a little blocked up from the pain killers!!!)
wanted to change my sports bra over today for a new clean one.....came out in a 32 e/f so took myself off and bought a 34E from M&S (front zip up one) and tried to put it on this morning but it feels too tight..... i feel like it squidges them too close together...... not sure if this is just me feeling pathetic and not being used to having clevage to squidge about - but still feel like it needs to be bigger........did anyone else have this problem!??

other than that i feel alright!!!

thanks girls xx

Only you know how it feels huni, was speaking to my patient coordinator yesterday for ages on the phone and she said it should be too tight or feel like its rubbing on your incisions. If its too tight hun I would prob get a bigger size!!!

You could try a cup size bigger if its really uncomfortable, but it is meant to be tighter than a normal bra just for support hun.
