Hi hun,
Well you certainly look bigger than a c, i dont think sports bras are ment to be really tight, i am wearing 2 diffferent sizes, and although i sometimes think the 34dd is a little big, when i wear a 34d i think it pushes them up more than a sports bra is ment to and also there is quiet a bit of side bood that it doesn't cover, if ya know what i mean. so i think your probly wearing the right size.
hope that helps, sorry for rambling on! xx

Hi hun, I think I read somewhere that you're not supposed to be able to pull the band out more than 1 inch..but don't quote me on that! For some more reliable info, this site is really useful on how bras should fit:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Did you mean you can pull the band out a lot, or the cups?

thanks, i know the band is too big because its a 34 and im usually a 32 but even the cup, its fitting, i can't even check if i can wiggle my boobs in it because they're stuck on my chest at the moment solid haha
but the sports bra is quite stretchy anyway so it might be that it? il have to get another one and see, im getting myself measured tomorrow so hopefully i wont be too small :( im going to be so gutted if im smaller than a dd :( 410cc, where did it all go!

Hi,

The sports bras do stretch as you wash and wear them.

I was in 34DD sports bras and was worried they were too big as were stretchy, but I was a 30/32F when I got measured!

So, they do have a lot of give in them.

As long as you feel comfy and supported, I wouldn't worry.

I wore a 34DD sports bra and got measured as a 32F after 4 weeks. I started an A cup and had 410cc overs. I found the 34dd sports bras comfy until about 6 weeks when they started dropping then I changed to a 32F non wired bra.

That's good news hun.

You'll probably get a bit bigger once they drop and settle. I was an E cup until about 10 weeks post op then I increased to a F cup.
