hi ladies, do any of you do pole fitness? I'd like to start but I'm not sure how long to wait. I know I'm too early in at the moment (4 weeks since my re op) and I don't want to risk damaging them. Do you think 6-8 weeks is okay or should I wait till after my 3m check? X

I recon wait for 12 weeks regardless of what surgeon said!  My surgeon said 6 weeks for any exersise but I waited until 8 weeks to do anything and 10 weeks before doing high impact stuff.  Its just with your complication last time you don't want to risk anything!  Obviously your call tho xx

Yeah that's what I was thinking, my surgeon is a bit vague with aftercare instruction. I've not even been told when I'm able to wear wires etc I've learnt it all off here!
