What type of scar treatment??? Empty What type of scar treatment???

I just read the other thread about when to start using scar treatment and it made me think. I didnt use anything last time and my scars both around my nipples and undermy boobs were still red an raised a 7 months post op! Should i have been using something to help? If so, what?? I think i will get something this time, does anyone really recomend something?

Silicone is known to be good for treating scars, they come in sheets and gel... I can't make a personal recommendation as I haven't used them before... I think nads has used dermatix xx

I haven't used any scar treatments, and mine are still pink around the insicion. I'm going to wait until a year PO then if they're not disappearing I'll phone my surgeon and ask his advice.
