I had to keep the horrid thing on for 3 months if i can remember correctly but i had tight muscles and they took ages to fluff..it seemed forever ha ha...but a lovely feeling to take the band off it felt strange not to have it thou...go with what ur surgeon says they all different but they do know their stuff xx:giveu:
