hi girls, a week ago I put a post up about the horrible pulling sensation inside my boobs. I have always got a shock absorber on, so I know it's not lack of support. Nerve pain? Well that crossed my mind too. Any way although my shock absorber fits me right, my straps were very loose because I found it comfy. I tightened my straps to hold my boobs still so they are not moving. The pain has gone. I feel much more supported and no pain at all now. So I don't need to see my surgeon. So it seems like support is so important. I would say 80 percent support comes from the band. The rest is the straps not falling off your shoulders. Xxx

So glad you've solved the pain. Mine are lose to. Might have to tighten them up.

Glad your pain/ pulling sensation has gone, could have been your bra not fitted properly( straps shouldn't have been loose),  then again it could just been all part of the healing process, either way it's gone which must be a relief!    dance   XXX

To be honest I think it was the straps. Within an hour of doing so it stopped. Are you wearing the right support langers? I feel that if not worn from PO it could have a detrimental effect. Not saying you haven't. But surely it would not be good for your boobs.xxx

It wasn't the bra it was the straps were too lose. And not holding me still. But I'm glad it's sorted xxx

Wow its amazing how having loose straps affected you! That's a good lesson I will remember when I get my boobies. Glad the pain has gone now yes
