Do you tend to have to wait the full 6 weeks before any heavy lifting with overs?

I have quite a manual job with lifting paint, boxes of wallpaper etc I've made arrangements so that I don't lift for 6 weeks. Is it best to wait the full 6 weeks?

It's best to really x 6 weeks seems to be the standard advice given so it must be for a reason, so you don't do any damage I guess x

Although, I lifted some light things after 3 / 4 weeks (couldn't avoid it really) I always did it tentatively at first to see how it felt and avoided it if possible x

Be guided by how you feel but be careful, you don't want to damage anything or make yourself unwell hun x

I agree with Kay, It is best to wait until 6 weeks although i felt well enough to lift things after about 3 weeks i often found when i did i started to ache and feel quiet tired so just listen to your body it will tell you if you do to much.

Ok then. The customers will just have to wait for someone else to help them. Don't want to damage my boobies
