Large implants

Hi girls. I need some advice. I'm thinking of going bigger from 495 to 640 uhp. I really would like to speak to girls with larger implants. My 495's are nice but not the look I wanted. I know I'm nearly there though so feel 640 will give me what I want.. Any advice/ pictures would be very much appreciated. I'm 5'7 and size 8. Love having bigger boobs and want just slightly bigger xxx thanks xx

boney had bigger implants and plans to go bigger, I will get her on fb and get her to pop on

if your nearly there that size might just be a tad to big for the look you want? xx

Great Tink thanks. Doing searches online for 640cc images etc but the pics coming up are smaller than what I've got now lol x

Hi wonderwoman,

I really wanted larger boobs than what ive got too, maybe around a 550cc mod prof, but was told by my surgeon today that its not suitable for me :-(( said they would sag badly after a few months.

im gutted :-( I have 300cc low prof OVERS now and he suggests I only got upto a 445cc MOD prof max,(taking my to a DD, I want a EE/F).

Do you know of any surgeons who do larger but can add some sort of support inside the breast so they don't sag quick??.

I'm in glasgow and there are a couple iof surgeons there babe. I use Elanic and another la belle forme. Transform?? I was initially offered 520 with them and my PS only offered 360. Depends on the PS.. Good luck babe x

How are your new implants? What clinic/ps did you go with in the end?
Do you have overs?
I have overs but wanted bigger but no ps seems keen! They want me to limit it at 445cc mod prof overs?!
Maybe I could go bigger if I went under nxt time??.
Do you have any advice??

Hi bigger boobs. My new boobs are amazing and I love them. I have 650 unders and went from 495.. I've not changed bra size (30G) but they are alot bigger and better. I would highly recommend going bigger but only if your surgeon recommends. I have been stretched quite a bit as this was my 3rd op but they look amazing and really happy with them. I need to post new Avi x
I went with Elanic, the same place as other 2 ops and would highly recommend.

I've got 615 overs, this is my second ba first ones were 300.
I also had an uplift this time round, now measuring a 32ff/g and happy I went bigger :ok:

If you been advised you can't go any bigger than what's offered there are a couple of reasons why this be.

A) you just don't have enough room in the Breast to accommodate a larger implant based on your Breast Width Diameter. Have a look at the diagram below

B) your surgeon is concerned about your skins elasticity. If your skin has little elasticity, going partially under the muscle won't help at all. All you would achieve in doing this is to have the muscle cling on to the implant and for the skin to sag over the implant eventually creating a snoopy dog look to the Breast.

Your surgeon is suggesting the biggest implant for you, because it's the biggest you can have is what you want and they're doing this to 'help you'. It's in your best interest to have the largest implant possible for 'you' with the lowest risk possible also.

I'd LOVE to go bigger than 445cc mods but ps don't recommend but I might try & negotiate with him to goto 500cc!.

Dling , do you have allergan overs?? No ones offered me any that big but would consider it if they did :-).
Did you have to have an internal bra/sutures to support implant or anything?

Ok yes it makes sense, I know the ps has said it for my own good I've just got boob greed! Lol. To be fair He said if I went bigger I'd be back in 5yrs for an uplift, so I'll be
happy with the sizes they suggest ! Lol

Yep I've got the allergans, extra high profiles.
I had two internal quilting stitches in my left boob as apparently the pocket from my first ba needed tightening up but apart from that nothing else yes

Thanks for your help Cookie. Bigger boobs I would definitely only go as big as surgeon recommends as u don't want to cause complications. You will look amazing babe.. I would go even bigger if I could but tbh really happy with what I've got and it would just purely be boob greed, don't think I'd get a bra to fit me lol x
