Hi there!

I have what I think the best way to describe is an ache in my right boob. The ache feels deep inside in line with my nipple but I cant pinpoint exactly. It's not tender to touch, or hard, but something feels odd.

I have just started working out again and am hoping it may just be a pulled muscle, but it is stressing me that it could be cc!!

Help?!?!?!

Sounds exactly like work out pains. Stick with a sports bra for a week, if it settles, you're all good.

Thank you Charlii
I didn't feel any pain straight away but it is definitely uncomfortable now and it is 4 days after hence my paranoia.

I will revert to my sports bra and see how it goes.

I wear marks and Spencer's sports bras.  When I do the metafit training I wear 2 just to keep them more secure as there is lots of jumping around.

The pain is better today, and one thing I was thinking last night......my sensation has not completely returned in my nipples and as the pain seem directly in line with my nipple I wonder if it could be the nerves repairing? It wasn't that "take your breath away" pain that I got in the early days when the nerves were knitting together, this was more of a dull ache, but it did feel linked to my nipple deep inside. Could that be possible a year on?

It could well be, I think you've got two years for nerves before they're done. I recently had a trapped nerve in my leg leaving me with a numb patch, and that's not been shooting pains, more a creeping ache. I would worry too much. Also, maybe invest in a triumph or shock absorber for the higher intensity stuff?
