Hi,

at this point I'm just 4 days post-op.

had 275s filled to 330... surgeon implied I'd get a 2 cup increase....

but... the more I read the more I think I won't make it 2 cups (2 inches) larger.

at this point they're nice high and round... but how much of this fullness will I loose?

Hi :allo: at 4 days post op you have lots of changes to come, once they drop and settle you may be happier. I would say give it a few months before seeing the final result. I had 275s from a 32AA and im now in a 32D (32C US sizing), what are your stats?

Hi,

I'm 5'7" 160# was a mid 34B (bandsize+2.5")...

they are "moderate plus" saline 275s filled to 330ml each and I'm currently sitting nice high/round and might vaguely approach a 2 cup increase...

but how much is just swelling and will go away? 5%? 25%?

Probably 5-10% swelling but thats a rough estimate, you should have a lovely result with that size plus your own tissue on top

Yes, I think you'll get two cup sizes with that. I have 280 and have managed to gain three ! I went from a 34aa to 34 c
