Losing weight for BA Empty Losing weight for BA

Post by samlr87 6th August 2014, 9:23 am

So on Monday I started my diet! Ive decided to join Slimming World and loving it so far. I dont want to lose a huge amount but I think losing a bit before BA will do me the world of good and make me feel even better. I finally have a good reason to do this and stick to it! I have 11 weeks till surgery, cant wait!!
Did anyone else decide to lose weight for ba? x

I've  started general "get fitter" routine before my following my consultation and I've lost a few lbs as a result.

Just got back from a doing a boot camp thing on the beach. Now got a very damp sandy bottom.  Smike

Funnily enough I've been wondering if I should do the reverse! Not that I am ridiculously muscly, but I do a lot of boot camp style work outs and was wondering if I should lay off the press ups in the run up to a BA so my muscles arent too tight for the implant and make it hurt more!!

I'm not overly muscular either but I like to keep toned. I'm back doing the 100 press-up challenge again at the moment. My husband is a bit peeved that I can do more press-ups than he can.  dance

I'm having overs so I hope I'm going to have a problem. It was something I discussed with my surgeon.
