I am 22 days post op I was feeling all fine no pain ect. 
now in my left breast right at the bottom of my scar it is so sore if I touch it the pain is almost to much to handle it's a stabbing/shooting pain it's horrible what is this? Scar feels a bit lumpy compared to right side. No swelling, scar is not open, no bruising ect.. TIA xx

It sounds like your nerves are starting to re knit. It's good pain! It'll be shooting, like electric shocks, and it can catch you off guard, but it's all healing. If it's too much, take some paracetamol for it. 

Lumpy scars is normal, once you hit 4-6wk (depending on your clinic advice) you can start massaging them to help break down the scar tissue.

Totally normal Ndtw, as Charlii explained, it could merely be the nerves kitting together. Not a nice pain, but it is a good pain because it means sensation is returning. Or it could be irritation from your bra band. 

If its very sore you may find a cushion for the scar helps with the pain. A panty liner, or a sanitary towel (sticky side against the bra) adds great relief for you because it acts as a nice soft cushion between the scar and your bra band. Xx
