Binder is so tight
Am I allowed to loosen it a little? Maybe I have swelled since yesterday but it feels very tight like its digging in under my arms. Do u think il be ok to loosen it just a little bit? xx

Irritation under your arms is very common with a binder babe. Unfortunately it needs to be tight though to unable it to its job.
If you buy some cotton wool wadding and stuff were you feel the irritation is to create a cushion there it should help sweetheart.
However... If you feel the binder is so tight its hurting to breathe or causing excessive pain, do call the clinic and ask for their advise hun. Xx

I found that pulling I down a bit at the back makes it a little easier.

Thanks ladies. Have put some cotton wool under the arms where it was digging in, see how I get on. What a nuisance :-( xxxxx
