Chest binder... How tight?
Could any of you girls give me an idea as to how tight this chest band should be it's really uncomfortable but don't want to loosen it and it not do it's job. Feeling quite down today as still really sore and woould do anything for it to ease up abit! X

It should be snugg Hun, but not painful... If it's bothering you call your clinic and ask about loosening it.
Congrats on the boobs Hun! Its normal to feel down after the GA... The first week can be rough by this time next week you should be feeling a lot better!
