Hello and welcome to Breast Buddies caitlinlea
Can you give a few more details babe?
Are you able to feel the implant around the entirety of itself?
How long post-op are you?

Re: Larger implants :)
I had 380s 1st ba, 620s 2nd 800 3rd.
It totally depends o. Your stats hun and your bwd,. Your bwd determines ultimately how big you can go the bigger the implant the bigger the base. Mine now pretty much fill my bwd and I have A LOT of side boob, any bigger implant would see it start to go under my armpit round the chest wall!
So it's possible you can go bigger but how my h will depend on your body x

Re: Larger implants :)
Hi. Did Mr Sulaiman do your 375s? If so, that will have been the largest you could go at the moment. I had my surgery with him in June, and we were looking at 375s for me, but when I got into surgery they were just too big as I was so small (aa/aaa), so we went with the 340s.
It might be that in a couple years time when you're fully healed and stretched that you can go much bigger (see MrsBall above), but your body can only accommodate so much at a time.
As for feeling the sides, im not too sure on that one. I can feel kinda where they are in the lower centre, but they dont stick out or anything. Like Cookie says, can you give us a few more details?

Re: Larger implants :)
Any implant over 600cc is a very big implant. I'm very slim with little body fat so you can clearly see I have implants and the roundeness of them yes especially at the side.
Can I ask why you say 600cc plus?
Have you got a 'look in mind' eg a celeb with boobs you'd want?

Re: Larger implants :)
If you're feeling the implants to the outside edges its possible that the profile chosen was to wide for you and maybe an extra high would be better. So you may be able to take more CCs in a higher profile babe.caitlinlea1 wrote:Thanks for your replies, I can only feel at the outer sides more so on the left , I'm almost 2 years post op in October, I had high profile unders , natrelle ones , but they are not as big as i thought they would be , mrs ball I bet yours are awesome I would love to have them :) best book in to see him again , just hope I won't see the implant, don't mind feeling it :) thanks ladies x this forum is great x
As you can see from the diagram below, the higher the profile the narrow the base and the more forward projection you get. Although the extra high profile isn't on the diagram, I'm sure you get the gist.
Best way to start is by having a few consultations though lovely and take things from there
Please let us know how you get on. Xx
