For the ladies post op, how many weeks after surgery did you use the sunbeds? We're you given any specific advise from your surgeon? Xx

You'll have to wait until about 6 weeks when you get the all clear babe and even then you'll have to fully cover your entire boob area because the stretched skin will be super sensitive and likely to burn. It'll be like that for about 6 months.

Your scars are going to need full coverage for a whole year. Up until then any sunlight or sunbeds could cause pigmentation of the scars (turn the scars brown) xx

Eeeekkkk ok, how about fake tan? Is that ok as long as the scars are fully healed? X

i'm going to have a spray tan next week at 5 weeks post op, will just put steri strips or plasters on my scars x

Fake tan is ok, but keep it away from your scars hun x or as blue says, treat yourself to a spray tan.
