Loosing a percentage with unders...
Is it true that with unders you loose a percentage? I have just read somewhere its as much as 20% that can't be right can it?!
I have enough breast tissues for overs but am having 460 unders as I have quite a bony chest and when I loose weight it always come straight of my chest area so have been advised unders will prob be best for me to reduce the chance of rippling.
Back to my question sorry! So is a percentage lost with unders and if so how much!? Thank you xx

Hey katie, I was also wondering this as I'm the same I have very little boobage at the min and when I lose weight it goes even more so I'm thinking I might be advised to have unders. will keep my eyes on this post for replies. I think i read in another post from cookie that her friend had her implants changed from overs to unders and her bra size stayed exactly the same, so in other words no loss of size from unders! but not sure if that's always the case xxx

I don't think you lose a % with unders, as missvmac said cookie said previously someone had overs to unders or unders to overs and there was no difference in size x

Re: Loosing a percentage with unders...
i had unders and i asked my surgeon this question when i was pre op.
he said to me though there was a slight possibility of losing up to 10% of size it mostly doesn't happen that way and not in a noticeable way if at all, so shouldn't really play a factor in deciding on size.
i think it may depend though on how tight your muscles are holding back the implant and how much the muscles will relax allowing the implant to drop?
