I am getting an uplift with implants under the muscle, 270cc. I am currently a size 10 with a 34 back 5 foot 6 tall. My surgeon told me I have a large chest frame (I do have quite prominent ribs). I want to be about a D but women with smaller chest frames than me seem to have had bigger ccs and ended up a C/D.

Mr Alvi only offered me 410cx babe it was mr khan that said I could have 460's I I wanted.
Book another app and ask what size you could go up to and then mull it over xx
I decided on the 460 coz they had the same sized babe as the 410 mods that I was debating.
Got to say I'm loving mine but its all about the look your after.
Take some photos in xx

Hi hun,

I had the same worry. Tbh if you at everyone's stats, the type of implant ,CC size, profile etc bring many different results. It all depends on your skin, rib cage size, how your current breasts sit on your frame.. Its really not straight forward.

I suggest making another appt with your surgeon, just for your own peace of mind. I'm having mine 5 days before surgery...

Trust your surgeon...his in the know.

Is that why you decided on Mr Khan over Mr Alvi? I don't want the skin to sag quick so don't want to go too big but with having a large chest frame and ribs I don't want them too small either. When you try the implants in a bra etc is the actual surgical result anything similar to what it looked like?

Your boobs look amazing!

Yeah I think because he has told me I have a large chest frame and ribs then I am more acutely aware of it. I should make another appointment I know but my op is in less than two weeks and I work full time and have an assignment to do due in this Friday which I haven't even started yet! :(

I am a worrier by nature and do suffer from physical health problems so just extra anxious I guess.

Are you excited?

To be honest you're going to want them bigger no matter what size u have lol think 90% of us would still have them bigger, just trust your surgeon to give you amazing looking boobs with less risk of complication, they know what they are doing honest :) xx

Hey - if you are having an uplift as well then that's probably why he doesn't want to go too big as it will drag the boobies down and make them sag quicker.
I only had 230cc and I am hoping to be a full D when they are settled - I was a saggy C before.. I'm happy with the size so it does depend on your body/skin/shape and your surgeon will know best xx

I'm a size 12 top and 12-14 bottom and 5ft 8... You want the lift to last so if you put too much weight in they will sag and you'll need another lift xxx

Is that a less invasive lift? Do you think unders make the breast look smaller? Xxx

I think unders can make the breast look a bit smaller yes... what is your situation now?
Why do you need the lift etc?
My surgeon was going for the least invasive he could and I didn't need the full anchor lift in the end.
I did have some breast tissue a saggy C's worth so he could do overs which I preferred... I asked him to do the most natural look he could that was my only request.
Have you booked etc? xx

I have lost twelve stone in weight via exercise and healthy eating and at 5 foot 6 i am now a size 10 with the breasts of an old lady and a lot of excess skin! :( I am wearing a 34d bra but really most of it is skin and I am about an a/b cup really. I may ask for slightly bigger cc then in that case. Yes 23rd of this month. How was your healing etc? Xxx

I was weight loss as well hence the lift so sounds like we were in a similar position!

To be honest it has been MUCH easier than I imagined - pain was minimal and I stopped taking pain killers on day 3/4. My worst thing was getting over the GA but as soon as I started feeling normal again (after week 1) then it's really been good.

And any time I did feel down I'd look at my new cleavage and it would perk me right up again!

I couldn't recommend it more to be honest - I can see the scars now and am hoping they fade quickly but the shape is there and I am SO happy.

When/where you getting it done? xxx

It's a pain isn't it to work so hard to lose weight but then suffer further repercussions?!

Glad you are feeling so positive. I am sure your scars will be healing fab and they will barely be visivle in no time.

Getting it done on the 23rd of this month with sthetix clinic and mr alvi. What was Mr Sojitra like? Is the aftercare with spire any good or was it just their hospital you used?

He was really good - can't recommend him or Spire enough ... the after care has been brilliant and my clinical nurse at SPire was amazing - could text her any worries/concerns and she always replied - missing her now!
Seeing her again in 2.5 weeks when I see Mr Sojitra for my 6 week check.

The hospital was lovely and they gave me 2 post op bras too (wearing one in my avatar).

Mr Sojitra was good - had all of the right credentials and no nonsense knew exactly what he was doing and is often featured in press etc - I did lots of research into surgeons before choosing him - he specialises in breasts too.

So far so good!

I know what you mean but hey that's what you get isn't it.. at least once you have your boobs done you will have that new found confidence - all the new tops / dresses etc you can wear! I can't wait to show them off :) xxx

What is the aftercare policy with spire because when I enquired with them they said it was only a couple of weeks which startled me!? Good that they were so supportive, makes things so much easier for you! Are you going away or anything this year to get a chance to show them off? xxx

It's lifetime aftercare with Mr Sojitra and the hospital I chose wS Spire Harpenden as he said that's the best one as he also works at Highgate Hospital.

Next app is 2.5 weeks that's the 6 week mark! Can't wait as sleeping on my back is giving me serious back ache.. That's my only complaint though so far.

Am bridesmaid at my sis wedding on 23rd then various trips planned to show them off!

Who is doing your op? Have you checked they got all of the right creds? Xxx

I lost 5 stone and had the same issue as you.. saggy granny boobs! I am now a size 6-8 5 foot 4 and have a wide chest diameter. I had a lollipop lift (being extended to a full anchor on the 27th March as I need a revision to remove more skin - thankfully easy to arrange and totally free!) and 390cc moderate profile polyurethane implants over the muscle. Other surgeons offered me less.. one offered me no more than 260, another 290 but Mrs Kat offered me 390, 410 or 460! I took the 390 as I didnt want to go too big and sag again but she said she could offer me bigger cos I was having polyurethane which sticks to the pocket reducing the risk of future sag and she also said if I had had 260 it wouldnt have fitted me and would have looked silly on me!

She was the only surgeon to measure me and the others just gave me a size based on sight! I was a very saggy empty 32D before and now I am a 30FF/G and very happy and so glad I didnt go any smaller....I often wish I had been brave enough to have the 460 but my boyfriend is glad I didnt as he reckons I would have looked daft if I had gone bigger!

If you want to see my pics I have loads on picture trail so PM me!
