Its different for everyone, i think you should be ok after 2 weeks but will still feel tired more easily and a bit sore in the morning and towards the end of the day. By then you wont be on pain meds so your pain wont be masked so if something hurts, listen to your body and just stop x

I am not sure how old your children are? But, I am not sure I would have been able to lift and carry them untill after the three week mark, also you are not supposed to. I had full unders, however, not too sure that would make much difference. xxxx

I agree with Nads - I had partials and was fine by 2 weeks but felt a bit tight until about 3 weeks. I had to lift my HUGE!!! 15 month old as normal after 11 days as my family had to love me and leave me!

You'll be fine after 2 as long as you take it easy for 1-2 weeks afterwards
