Re: New Tattoo??
I think you have to wait a little while for your boobs to heal internally, if the tattoo site gets infected, the infection could possible get in the blood stream and cause problems with infection. I can't find much info on it at the moment but I have read this. The risk is low. But it is still a risk. I would give it a few months until you know you're pretty much healed internally.

Re: New Tattoo??
Well.... I have had 75% of my back tattooed this week so lets all keep out fingers crossed for me?! Lol
I already have seven and have never suffered from infection so I hope this remind the case this time. It hadn't even occurred to me it would be a problem and my tattooist was aware I had had recent booby surgery and he didnt think it was a problem...,
Scatty..,,. I too have had a couple of sun beds. From the nipple down I keep breast and scar well covered but am gently tanning the upper half of my boobs. 6 minutes at a time and only to keep a bit of colour xxx

You'll be fine hun, you'd know by now if you had an infection. As I said it is very low risk. But of course there still is a risk with anything.

Re: New Tattoo??
I was wondering about when it's safe to get tattoos after BA too, I know after my c-sections I was told to wait a year!? Probably due to healing, but I'm not sure, and everyone's different. ;-)
