Four weeks post op is very early in your recovery Tracey. Your boobs still have plenty of time to even out hun.

The 'bump' you're feeling... Is it right at the bottom of your boob?

If it is, you're actually feeling your implant lovely which is perfectly normal.

No-ones implants are fully under the muscle unless you've had reconstructive surgery lovely. You have 'partials' which are 'partially under the muscle' - The top of the implant is held and covered by muscle but released at the bottom of the breast babe. So what you can feel is just the bottom of the implant released from under the muscle lovely.

The bumps between your cleavage is maybe a little rippling hun. Loads of girls have this and as long as it is only 'felt' and not 'seen' its fine sweetie.

The bump at the bottom definitely sounds like your implant. I pop mine in and out like a stress ball hahahaha. Xx
