Ladies with Conical Overs
Hi,
I am considering a BA using conical implants, but not sure how natural thee end result will look and feel. I don't want my boobs to stand up to attention a little droop would be good.
Can anyone advice what these are like, any problems and the shape and feel.
I am a 34c and want to go to a 34DD. All help would be appreciated.

Hi Hun have you had any consultations yet? A surgeon is. The only person who will be able to give you the options right for your body and what you want to achieve. Everything from your height, weight, bwd and ribcage size is taken into account when closing how much cc and placement and projection xx

All implants will drop into a natural shape, unless you request the fake look. Your surgeon will be able to suggest the type of implant that would give you the look you want.
