I finally started to get excited and looking forward to sunday! then i had a missed call from the clinic and they had rang my mum as well, they left a voice mail saying they wanted to talk to me about my operation i rang back but the girl i need to talk to wasnt there and she will ring me back tomorrow!, i am so nervous incase the op has been cancelled or something im so scared, crying thinking about it! I cant think of any other reason they would be ringing esp when they rang my mum!

I know it's easier said than done but try not to stress or fear the worst, it could be something really simple . Did they nor say on the voice message?

Thanks mais, and mrs ball trying to be positive but cant think why it would be so urgent to ring my emergency contact! They just said they need to talk to me about my op, what else could it be? I will keep in touch on here and i hope to god sunday will still be going ahead! xxx

Thanks everyone i went and had a huff for a few hours lol I am going to ring first thing in the morning! but no i had no pre-op they will do it on admission, i wish they had of been more specific on the voicemail but I'm prepared for the worst but hoping so much i wont have do be disappointed! xx

it was like yesterday actually i went for a nap before back shift at work and i had 3 missed calls from the clinic and they even called my husband, and all it was was to ask how im feeling and if i was worried or had anymore questions about anything xx

Oh no....try not to worry, it may be as Mrs Ball said, just to check you're fit and well and to answer any last minute questions? I had a call today to tell me my admission time had changed, so it could just be something like that. Fingers crossed for you. Xx

GOOD NEWS!! all is fine it was a problem with the receipt i will have to wait until the day after to get it........ that is all!!
I really did think the worst on this one, feel stupid now but she did say talk to me about the op instead of payment or whatever....... one good thing is hat iv been felling numb about it but yesterday showed me how much i really want it now i cant wait! 2 DAYS yeeey thanks again for you support everyone! xxx

Aww thank you both, i know i thought about the voice mail too but she mustn't have thought, it wasn't my PCC it was just the lady who deals with the money side of things and there was a technical fault which means i will have to have the receipt of payment posted to me... which is no big deal ... so relieved :D xxx
