Hey Ladies,

Sorry to start another topic, but its becoming apparent im a BJS addict Implant Makes 869500

I havent really heard much on different types of implant makes! Im having Mentors next week, my surgeon advises me they are one of the best kinds...but ive not heard many people refer to them!

Whats everyones makes and views on some off the implant makes out there?

Mentor are a superior implant babe, as your surgeon quite rightly said - One of the best.

You're right in saying you don't hear many women having Mentors over here now, they were very common a while back, but seem to be mostly used in the US now.

Here in the UK, the most common implants are:

Allegen Naturelle
Allergan Inspira
Allergan CUI

Nagor GFX
Nagor Impleo

and just lately we're seeing quite a few Polyurethane-coated implants being used

I think although the PIP scandal has been an horrific ordeal for many, many women, out of all the heartache there will have come some good. Checks on implants will now be more thorough knowing they can be spot checked at any time, so safety will have stepped up a gear regarding breast implants now in the hope no women in the future have to suffer in the way the women implanted with PIPs have. xx
