Just an update!
Hi. I said last week that i was going to go to my doctor to see if i could be referred for a boob job on the nhs. Well i went today (couldnt get an appointment until now!) and she said no straight away!! :( didnt even ask me to take my top off. She said that someone in this area has just been refused and she has an AA cup on one side and a D on the other. So if there is no hope for her there is definetly no hope for me :( she said that i have a nice figure and look in porportion (yeh rite!) and would definetly not get accepted.
So anyways i have just been accepted for finance through first medical loans (only in principal at this stage though as have to send off wage slips and bank statement) But it is looking good. Has any1 else had an experience through first medical loans? I have heard they have the tendency to say yes but want your life story and loads of documents?!
Well i am still weighing up my options (which isnt alot lol) but least i can now draw a line under the whole NHS route! Whereas i would of been wondering if i didnt go so it wasnt completely pointless.
I am going to see what happens with this loan and if it all goes ok then i shall be booking in with a hospital who accepts this ( i know mya and spire do) but unfortunetly the BMI Hospital near where i live dont and so this would mean not having Mr Johnson :( But i am confident that i will soon find another great surgeon! :)
I shall keep u posted!

i would defo try again with another doctor and explain how you feel- the first time i went to a gp she didnt even ask me to undress either but i saw another one and she was amazing and referred me! i would say it was defo worth another shot- you could save so much money! its so unfair things seem to be on a postcode lottery for some people. best of luck. xxx

Re: Just an update!
Sorry to hear she wouldn't refer you!
I've heard first med loans can be exceptionally picky with who they chose, they only accept those they're certain they can get the money from. But it does sound positive for you so far so I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed!
Alternatively look into loans through Sainsbury's, other supermarkets or your bank. They're generally much easier to get accepted and while you will pay SOME interest, I think it's all worth it if this is something you really want!
I saved half for mine and had the rest on loan with my bank..l've had no money all year but it's certainly worth the struggle! You'll get there in the end, and they'll be that bit sweeter when you do X
