Im very new to this group n spotted this little one lol - i feel like im in a boobgang! haha. iv put a bit in the newbie section about myself n hope u all can help with any questions n fears, n there are fears! lol. As it gets closer it like "damn, this is really happening!....sh*t!" lol. I have had very little contact from doc (seen surgeon once last nov then his consultant in oct) and have NO idea wot to expect or wots happening until i go hossi on monday morning! Anxious isnt really the word lol. Never been in hossi before n come out LOOKING different lol. nice to be part of ur comunity n look forward to posting as i go along. ps how do i get the ticker? i want one b4 my op then i can count down haha xx

Hi girls!!

Well, I haven't told my folks.....some of you may recall that I lost my Mum 7 years ago......I think she would have thought that I was a 'silly girl and there is nothing wrong' with me!!! And my Dad - even though he has teased me for a lifetime about the size of my chest, i.e I should wear my bras backwards cos they would fit me better etc etc!!! (he's only done that cos he thinks I can take it!!), he would still think I was being silly and that I am just perfect that way I am. Plus the fact, his ladyfriend has had breast cancer twice and had to have mastectomies and implants and reconstructive surgery, so he would probably think I'm silly for doing this without having poor health issues - which is fair enough....cos he's not me and so I don't expect him to understand! I don't plan on telling him, cos the size I have gone for is not for people to necessarily notice with my clothes on!! It's for me to feel better in my underwear and not have a need to wear fillets/rice bags!! and also to feel like a proper lady in a bikini!!! How lovely that will be!!

Welcome Chyna-Doll!! You really don't have long to go!! How exciting for you! Shame you didn't discover us earlier....but ask away, I am sure that between us all, pre and post op, we can answer a lot of your questions and allay a lot of your fears!!

Hi girls, I'm finally back! I thought that I was going to have more time for the forum today but I haven't stopped cleaning and cooking since this morning. Thank God I took the day off because I would have panicked a lot. I cooked so many things, that I don't even have space in the freezer
I received a call from the clinic to confirm my BA tomorrow and they changed my admission time to 6:30am. My time is GMT+1 (one hour ahead of the UK). I'm not excited yet (LOL) and I hope that I remain calm. The only thing that's bothering me is my back cos it's killing me from all cleaning and dusting (I should have taken it more easy today).
Emma, you're already 9 days post-op, how are you feeling?
Nepoly, how's day 3? Is it as bad as you expected?

YEEEES!!! My ticker dog has finally reached the flower
He may now pee on it (poor dog has been waiting for 6 months)!!

You know, Day 3 is actually fine!! I have been a very good girl and taken my tablets and medicine as I should and so have kept on top of the pain....I think.....I'm hoping I'm not speaking too soon!!! The top of my shoulders and my back hurt more from being so tense and hunched up protecting my new boobies!!! But, it's all good! I have just taken a bath....interesting when it was time to get out and how to accomplish that *pain free* but I did it! I have taken some new pics too so I will upload them on to my picturetrail too!

I just can't wait to hear from you tomorrow...I shall be thinking about you alllll day!!

I'm happy to hear that you have no pain Nepoly. I'm really curious about the whole BA thing, the GA, the pain, the sensation of having boobs. Will definitely keep you girls updated but won't be back home before Saturday because I will stay overnight at the clinic. I hope that I will have WiFi in my room

babe we're having the same cc's :) I'm a 36c or 34D depending on the bra but this is with the current implants that I have now which are moderates I'm changing to HP...I'm hoping to just go up to maybe a DD which I'm ok with I'm changing them more due to the fact that I have no upper pole...girl!! Tues I had a anxiety attack it was awful but today I'm in great spirit ready to meet the new girls hoping I'm not left with massive porno boobs!! I'm only 5'5 135lbs dress size 6 doc said they will look good I guess we will find out!!

hhmmm I'm at the point that I just want it over and done with...

Flower I have got a much bigger body frame then you I asked for DD but he said bigger maybe E good god I'm going a bit big considering I'm keeping it a secret lol your tiny I was once a size 8 when I was 14/15 then got we'd at 18 then a baby at 19 and that's when I got big lol

Xaxa, I think you've found your calm place, that's why you feel the way you do, it's a good thing

Trisha, Flower is American. US and UK dress sizing aren't the same, thought I'd clarify. A US 6 is a UK 10. You have to add four to the US size to convert to UK

Flower I think you will be fine with those sizes. I'm 29 inches around my ribcage, cup size A/B and my surgeon said if I went any bigger than 330 cc they would be wider than my frame.
You're a 34 (I think you said) so you'll look lovely! Just in a generous proportion! But nothing would be worse than waking up from the operation to seeing no difference :)

I'm getting excited now. My cast came off yesterday so i spent the whole day sorting out my leg! (it is not hair free!)
