Hey ladies got another quick question, maybe a silly one. I'm supposed to be going bowling today, is it ok to lift and swing the balls I'm about 10/11 weeks post op. Xxx

i would think so hun. They say you can resume normal activities at 6 weeks post op. I was lifting and doing everything by 11 weeks post op xxxx
