uneven areolas after surgery PLEASE HELP! :( Empty uneven areolas after surgery PLEASE HELP! :(

Hey,
So I'm healing well, and love the shape of my new breasts! But after having my doughnut uplift, my one areolar is so much bigger than my other one. Now I know it might stay like this because I had to sacrifice having a 'slightly' larger areolar by not having an anchor uplift on my one boob. My PS said it's early days, and hopes my other one will catch up and stretch to the same size as my other one....but tbh I don't think this is going to happen :/
Has anyone else had this problem and did your areolas even out later on down the healing the process?! Really worried now, was expecting a slight difference, but not one this big. thanks girlies xxx

Hey Hun, mine are slightly different, my right seems to have stretched a bit but it's not enough to bother me. Yes, I have heard that the areola stretching is a risk, and I thnk you are right more so with donut lift. Also with mine the boobs have changed over the months but my nipple/areola shapes have not.

Did your ps suggest any options if they don't even out?

he said later on down the line, if it bothers me then I should have the lollipop incision to correct the size, because they need to take a little 'v' out to create a smaller shape :( I'm hoping I won't notice it as much by time they heal...did you find you noticed it less as it healed? XXX

I dont think that the size of my areoas changed as they healed but as my scars have faded I suppose its less noticable because the outline is not as definate and dark.

Did your ps say that you would have to pay for the lolli lift if needed? Do you think now that he should have done it to begin with?

he didnt mention if the corrective surgery would be free...but i guess its my own fault because I told him I didnt wan't a lolli lift. Ahhhh flippin heck I don't know what to think now. I might let it all heal, see what it looks like, and if I find they are way too obvious, just go back to him and ask what my options are? X

I dont think it's necisarilly your fault, I tried to get just a donut lift and my ps said no, if I wanted that I could go else where, he said he Would only do the lolli lift on me... Your ps is the specialist in boobs, it's their responsibility to Guide us to the best decision for our body.

Despite the uneven areoles at the moment, are you happy with the shape of your boobs?

Yeh I am overwhelmed with the way my boobs look, im so happy with them. It's literally just the areolas that are bothering me, and I just hope the other one catches up and stretches to be the same as the other. Even if they aren't exactly even that's fine, I just want a smaller difference than I have now. It's as though one is like a 50p piece and the other is like a 20p piece...maybe not as dramatic, but its around that scale xxx
