If you go to the forum support section there is a guide on how to view pics. Most people make the mistake of clicking log in but that won't work. You need to go to the blue box on the right hand side of the screen which says member name. Only the persons who own the account can log in otherwise you could change or delete their pics. It also seems there has been a glitch as you as still showing as new. So you will only be able to ask members who have the status anyone can ask to view pics under their picture.
