feeling ill Empty feeling ill

i came home today and had codamol painkillers and lunch then felt sick. I went to sleep tho and was fine. This evening i just had paracetamol and a small dinner and felt SO sick and shakey after i really just didnt know what to do with myself. It was awful. Hospital just told me to drink lots. Anyone else had this? Im scared to even take paracetamol now bt its getting painful :( any ideas girls? shrug

the sick feeling will ease hun. i was sick for a surgery day and the following day, and felyt sick the day after that. i found that stop aking codein helped and just had the ibruprophen. the feeling will ease, just drink little and often and relax :) sorry i can give any better advice hun xx

I had this problem...lasted til about day 5 post op. I literally just slept the sick feeling off.
I couldn't eat in fear of vomitting so I just made sure I drank plenty and stayed in bed!
I found the less I moved around the better I felt. Also, I would take my ibuprofen in the morning, paracetamol mid day IF I needed relief, then would take my tramadol at night so that I sleep thru the really bad sick-ee feeling.
Soz ur feeling like this, I still get it in waves sometimes, but it does ease off xxx

It will pass soon Hun... Drink lots of water and try and eat lots of small meals to keep your tummy coated.
