Ugh well I'd been taking my anti sickness tablets religiously even though I dint feel sick. It hit me late this afternoon and it woke me up from my nap, so it's be nap boak nap boak all evening. I'm currently sniffing a lemon as its meant to send signals to the brain to stop you being sick. And I've got the flat coke on the go. Let's hope it stops soon xxx
apart from that all good yes xx

Sometimes taking anti sickness tabs when you don't need them can also make you feel sick Hun. What painkillers are you on ? Codeine and tremadol are the worst for sickness. Try drinking lots of sips of water Hun to flush everything outta your system x

If you feel you dont need the co-codamol which contatins codeine then stop taking it and just take paracetamol Louise.

Codeine is notorious amongst us in Boobsville for making you feel really sick post-op.

If need be, just take it at bed time to help you get off to sleep, or maybe just in the morning when morning boob is at its worst and the rest of the time, paracetamol should be enough hun.

Ginger is good for sickness, so try having a ginger biscuit hun. That should help and its important you eat when taking painkillers too. X

As soon as I came off the strong pain killers I felt a million times better - I was on co-drydamol. I switched to paracetamol on day 3 and that saw a big improvement in how I was feeling.
Hope you feel better soon xx

Thanks ladies, oh Cookie I like a wee ginger nut, must go have a rummage in the cupboards. Just woke up there so I'm going to have a little something and then just take paracetamol :ok:
