weight loss after BA
hi, does anyone know how/if losing weight after a BA would affect the look?
I know that losing fat off the chest would make the implants more visible, but can they go wonky/abnormal? Does anyone have any experience of this?

Re: weight loss after BA
I was wondering the same thing! I am due to have my operation tomorrow afternoon- but i still want to lose about 2 stone - mainly off my bum. thighs and belly I am worried that by losing weight will affect the look of them or whether they will change shape ......when i lose weight the first place it goes from is the boobs- so i am thinking that possibly will make the implant more visable, i am not sure whether it will affect the positioning etc.xxx

depends how much weight you lose i suppose, ive seen some one who lost losts after her b/a due to a seperation and she got that thin you could see the outline of her implant as when she lost the weight she also lost it from the breast aswell, as soon as she put on a little weight she was ok again.

if its not too much weight i imagine it shouldnt effect your implants. it may also depend on ur skins elasticity. Maybe if u started losing weight, stop at the point where u think the implants look just okay. sorry im not much help! xx

Re: weight loss after BA
Hi,
I recently lost a stone and my boobs still look the same, if not a little bit bigger!
The surgeon will generally recommend not gaining/losing anymore than 10 pounds.
