I'm the same want to shift 7lbs was trying to do it before op which is next Friday but thinking will have to be after the Easter holiday as all 5 kids off school and chocolate everywhere in house won't be an easy task. I think you are allowed to keep within a 7lb loss or gain after op and it doesn't affect implants but not 100% sure good luck x

I think just under 1.5lb is about right. Mine are 285 and that equals about 1lb :-) keep up the good work! X

375x2 = 750grams. 453 grams in a pound so you've lost just over 1.5 lbs!

CC is equal to grams, so what mammamia said! I don't think you should 'count' it as such, but just keep it in mind you've a little extra up front now.
