Pre Op weight loss?

Ok, just a couple questions, I am getting a donut lift with my (unders) BA, since my PS pointed out that my boobies are saggy at 28... but also that they are pretty asymmetrical also... Great, anyway... I will be getting 397cc in one and 327 in the other! But from the looks of it when I tried them on with a snug sports bra it looks like I will achieve my desired full C or small D cup; what I am wondering here is if need to go up a few CC's to account for the under the muscle placement...? I am a small (saggy) B now, and I have 5 months 2 weeks and 1 day (but who's counting... lol) before my op, and I am in the process of losing weight, about 20 pounds to be specific... Any of you lose weight prior to surgery, and did this effect your implant size? Do you talk about implant size again during your pre op?

20 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and probably will effect the implant size you have babe. My advice would be to arrange another consultation the month before your op with your PS so you can again talk through implant size once you're nearer your target wieght sweetie. xx

I agree with cookie, would deffo check again after the weight loss as that amount could affect the size
