are 460's too big to go under the muscle?

Mr Traynor is doing my op and he said that 410 high profile unders would be right for me. I explained that I had my heart set on a bigger implant than that, eventually he said that he will try 460cc on the day and see if they would fit because he says 460's are a big implant and it might not fit under the muscle??

Everyone is different but lots of ladies on here have had that size implants under the muscle. I know he's the surgeon, he knows best but surely 50cc difference isn't that much, right?

Has anyone's surgeon said a similar thing to them about seeing on the day? and if so did they manage to fit the bigger in?

If he'll go 460 I would do it, I got 400 and wish I went bigger. My PS wouldnt let me go any bigger.... Or I would have !!!!
