strange pain / discomfort
Hi Ladies
Ok so since yesterday (and I do admit to having had a busy weekend with the kids and their mates here and stuff) I've had this strange pain. It's hard to describe but it feels like something is digging hard in my upper back and causing pain through to my chest to the point it's restricting my breathing in hard. It doesn't feel like the pain is coming from my boobies.
I read here some weeks ago about trapped nerves etc due to our different posture post op. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing? I'm wondering if I've pulled a muscle due to my altered post op posture :dunno: It was so painful last night I was back on the pain relief and I couldn't lay down on my bed until they had kicked in

Re: strange pain / discomfort
I think you have answered the question hun. You are just getting used to being sheepless and you will automaticaly and without realiseing have adjusted you posture to protect your new boobs. Team that with doing too much and you get the horrid back ache. My advice is to rest up take some pain killers and a hot water bottle on the back will help
Re: strange pain / discomfort
i had something very similar to this when i was just a few days post op but it has gone now so i think it probably is just a change in posture hun
